Many data breaches start with successful phishing attempts. Phishing involves deceptive messages that seem legitimate but trick you into harmful actions, often by spoofing trusted brands like Amazon, Netflix, or Microsoft.

Stay Safe with These Tips

1. Recognize: Watch for urgent language, requests for personal info, untrustedÌýlinks, or incorrect email addresses or links (e.g., amazan.com).

3. Delete: Don’t reply or interact with the message, just delete it.
