Holistic Healing Group

Beginning 3/3, µþ223,Ìý2–3Ìý±è³¾
We all face challenges in our lives. Experiences with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma add to those challenges. In this group we will harness healing techniques of body and mind, movement and breath to manage daily stress and improve the quality of our lives.
